4. Gishwati-Mukura National Park

Gishwati-Mukura National Park is one of Rwanda’s newer national parks, created to protect its unique forests and wildlife. The park is home to rare primates such as the golden monkey and baboons, as well as civets, wild pigs, and numerous bird species. It offers a more remote and pristine safari experience, with hiking trails and opportunities to witness Rwanda’s conservation efforts.
